About the Division: THG Brands - Health Myprotein, THG's largest brand. Myprotein, from production through to PR, is a large single unit working consistently to deliver rapid growth in a fast moving industry. Innovation, creativity and resourcefulness are common characteristic of the staff across all departments in this ever expanding team. Affiliate Marketing In this role your responsibilities will be to drive sales through the German Myprotein business - planning, implementing and measuring online marketing campaigns as well as identifying new German affiliates who we could recruit to the brand. This is a truly rare opportunity to be trained in a key marketing discipline and join the marketing team in the world's largest online sports nutrition retailer, working in one of our most important marketing channels. Key responsibilities * Build and manage German affiliate marketing opportunties * Work with your manager to delivery weekly target results * Promoting Myprotein's affiliate programme within the digital community * Work with international traders on their affiliate marketing strategies * Audit affiliate websites and performance weekly * Brief banners and landing pages in collaboration display and merchandising team * Delivering against the traffic and sales targets for the affiliate channel * Keep affiliates engaged and motivated * Grow the relationships with key Affiliates and drive recruitment * Driving forward incentives to meet KPIs * Working closely with other marketing channels to understand the "bigger picture" Requirements * Must be able to speak and write in German to native level * An energetic self-starter who is passionate to progress their career * A resilient creative thinker who is flexible and determined * Willing to take ownership and responsibility for aspects of a project or campaign * Flexible attitude, with a hunger to learn and succeed * Strong attention to detail and results driven * Able to build strong relationships externally & internally and leverage these to meet business demands * Entrepreneurial spirit; ambitious, self-starter who is able to effectively in a fast paced environment Benefits * Competitive salary & benefits * Eligible for company bonus scheme * Staff discounts across The Hut Group brands * Discounted gym memberships for multiple locations * Opportunity to bring a key brand to life internationally * Opportunity to work with a true global leader in the sports nutrition industry * Exciting and endless career progression prospects across a number of disciplines
