Apply now for the chance to join our 24/7 365 Customer Experience Team, based in our East London Head Office. WHAT TO EXPECT . Dealing with an exciting mix of customer care and sales enquiries, primarily over the phone as well as over email and social media . Building and managing customer relationships across multiple channels . Problem solving, complaint handling and liaising with internal stakeholders . Competitive salary of 20,000 per annum Previous Contact Centre experience preferable but not essential . A great phone manner and business fluency in English and Mandarin . Natural confidence, strong listening skills and diplomacy skills . Computer literate with the ability to use multiple platforms . Experience with data entry and meeting targets . Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines. . Full flexibility required - Any 5 days of the week, 8 hours shifts.
