As part of the Commercial Add-on Team for EMEA you will focus on expanding our product footprint with our existing customer base. Working closely with the Channel you will jointly achieve total customer satisfaction according to the Account Management Best Practices by optimally managing resources. Joining our already successful team, you will be an instrumental part of our consistent year on year revenue growth! **Your day-to-day** + Proactively contact existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote awareness of complete solution suite + Drive the entire sales process from start to finish including opportunity identification, introductory meetings, demos, customer Q&A, and negotiating and closing sale. + Establishing and maintain strong business relationships at all levels of the organization + Coordinating multiple resources within an account + Proactively identify customer issues, work with the larger Proofpoint team to resolve them + Research customer organizational structure and track information within Salesforce.com + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint's competitive positioning in the marketplace + Identify and convert add-on opportunities into sales through targeted sales plays and delivering Customer Business Reviews and Healthchecks. + Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policy to ensure revenue recognition + Meet or exceed each quarter's revenue quota. **What you bring to the team** + Previous sales, pre-sales, lead generation sales experience preferably with enterprise software + Proven track record of achieving against quota + Proven track record of forecasting accuracy + Ability to track, organise, and close a large number of pending opportunities + Strong customer orientation and dedication + Familiarity with using CRM and/or relational database to manage sales activity + BS/BA Preferred but not essential + Fluent in English and Arabic essential. \#LI-SN2 _If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!_ At Proofpoint, we have a passion for protecting people, data, and brands from today's advanced threats and compliance risks.
