Blade Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work in a luxurious residence based near Windsor, Berkshire SL4. The Maintenance Assistant job is permanent paying up to £23k per annum + impressive benefits. Working 40Hrs per week, 5 days out of 7. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Assistant job will involve the following The Maintenance Assistant will carry out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance within the hotel including rooms and public areas. The Maintenance Assis tant will carry out basic maintenance work including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. The Maintenance Assistant will adhere to the health & safety regulations. The Maintenance Assistant will respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repairing equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally the Maintenance Assistant will have good working knowledge of general maintenance including basic knowledge of electrical, heating and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Assistant will be someone with previous job experience working in a hotel environment as a Maintenance Handyman, Shift Maintenance Assistant , Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Fabric Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Assistant will have good knowledge of health & safety regulations. The Maintenance Assistant must be well presented and have excellent communication skills. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Assistant job is based near Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1QG.
