Job Description

A job is available for a Maintenance Engineer to work in a luxurious hotel based in Windsor, Berkshire SL4. The Maintenance Engineer will assist the Maintenance Manager, working 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday including 1 weekend out of 4. The Maintenance Engineer job is permanent offering up to £25k per annum. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following The Maintenance Engineer will support the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance . The Maintenance Engineer will assist maintenance contractors and ensure maintenance works are carried out to a high standard. The Maintenance Engineer will carry out basic maintenance including basic electrical and painting & decorating work. The Maintenance Engineer will ensure all work carried out is in accordance with the health & safety regulations. The Maintenance Engineer will ensure all maintenance guest related queries are performed efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the regular stock checks and ordering for all the departments performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Maintenance Engineer will have good knowledge of health & safety regulations. The preferred Maintenance Engineer will be someone that has worked in a hotel environment as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Handyman or Shift Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be well presented & excellent customer service skills. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Windsor station, Berkshire SL4 1QC.
