Job Description
A temporary job is available for a Handyman to work in a luxurious 4 star hotel near Epsom, Surrey KT19. The Handyman job is paying up to £15.00p/h, working Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00 including weekends. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following The Handyman will carry out painting, picture hanging, lifting & shifting & general fabric maintenance . The Handyman will carry out basic plumbing, repairs, leaking taps, boilers, appliance repairs, painting & decorating, basic carpentry & electrics. The Handyman will respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment & ordering parts & arranging repairs. The Handyman will carry out to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance . JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal Handyman will have basic experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, decorating & carpentry. Preferably the Handyman will have experience working in a similar job as a Maintenance Handyman , Handyperson , Painter, Fabric Handyman or Shift Handyman in a hotel environment. The Handyman will have good communication skills. JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is based near Epsom station, Surrey KT19 8JS.
