Job Description
Blade Recruitment is currently trying to fill a Handyman job in an upmarket apartment building near Harlesden, London NW10. The Handyman job is permanent paying £24k per annum + benefits. Hours are 5 out of 7 days per week. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following: * Preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment & the Handyman job role will involve management & coordination of all maintenance contractors. * The Handyman job will be responsible for building services & general building maintenance & will attend to all maintenance logs for building fabric, mechanical & electrical plant. * Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with the health & safety regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS * The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will have basic experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, painting & decorating & carpentry work. * Ideally the Handyman will have knowledge of health & safety regulations. * The Handyman will be someone with experience in a similar job in a Hotel in the position of Maintenance Handyman, Shift Handyman or Multi Skilled Handyman. * The Handyman must be well presented and have excellent communication skills & live within a commutable distance to the site in London . JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is based near Harlesden Station, London NW10 7A.
