Job Description

Permanent job available for a Handyman to work in a luxurious hotel based near Enfield Lock, London EN3. The Handyman job is paying up to £20k per annum + benefits. Working Monday to Friday 40Hrs per week. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following The Handyman will carry out general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. The Handyman will perform basic electrical repairs to lamps, extension cords and replace electrical switches and light bulbs. The Handyman will carry out basic plumbing work such as unblocking toilets and drains. The Handyman will carry out painting & minor drywall. The Handyman will perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping including external landscaping sprinklers. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally the Handyman will have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Preferably the Handyman will be someone who has worked previously as a Maintenance Handyman , Shift Handyman , Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Assistant or Handyperson in a hotel environment The Handyman will be extremely well presented and have good communication skills. JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is based near Enfield Lock Station, London EN3 6HA.
