Job Description
Our client, a leading FM contractor is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a high end residential property based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire GL1. Working M-F 37.5hrs per week. Pay rate offered up to 14.50 p/h. Temporary ongoing position which could lead into a permanent role. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the following; * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment. * Carry out maintenance inspections and resolve defects. * General maintenance including basic electrical and plumbing works. * Lead inductions and assist on site contractors. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a facilities or estates environment and have knowledge of health and safety regulations. Preferred Maintenance Engineer will hold a qualification in a building services trade and have knowledge of L8 awareness. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Engineer job is based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire GL1.
