Part Time Maintenance Technician - 20 Hour Week Your new role Are you self employed and looking for a permanent position to work alongside your current work? Or are you retired and now in search of a lower hour working day? This 4 day / 20 hour week may be ideal for you We are now recruiting for a part time maintenance technician, within a student halls accommodation. Your new role will involve you carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the building. This will include the general painting and decorating, the general plumbing and carpentry as well as basic electrics such as changing a light bulb. The job role will consist of 20 hours. This will be split over 4 days, each of 5 hours. Two which will be in the morning and two in the afternoon. What you'll need to succeed No qualifications for this position is required, only the relevant experience within a similar position is required.
