Job Title - Maintenance Engineer Shift - 4 on 4 off Days & Nights Location - Fakenham Salary - £40,000 Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a Large Food Manufacturer with the vision to help everyone lead a better and Healthier balanced lifestyle. Job description: - Maintenance Engineer As a Shift Engineer, you will be a key player in the operational team ensuring optimum production asset availability through Development and implementation of the action plan to address the root cause of all failures. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for attending to breakdowns promptly and ensuring all work orders and planned maintenance tasks are completed Delivering training and support to move towards minor maintenance tasks being undertaken by operator level functions. To work with departmental leaders and others developing pride in the work areas keeping them clean, tidy and ensuring works do not compromise quality or safety. 4 on 4 off Days & Nights Roles and responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer Ensure that performance of the plant is maintained at agreed levels - the aim of 100%.
