Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor job available working in a classic & modern hotel based near Birkenhead, Cheshire CH61. Salary offered up to £30k + Benefits. Working 40hrs per week + call outs as required. JOB DUTIES * The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a small team and contractors and ensure work is carried out to health and safety standards. Lead and motivate staff, carry out training and appraisals. * Carry out maintenance checks and attend to any reactive repairs as required. * Responsible for managing the stock levels of maintenance materials and ordering as necessary. * Deal with complaints and liaise with all departments and contractors to deal with any maintenance issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS * The Maintenance Supervisor will ideally have experience working in a hotel environment, someone who has worked as an Electrician, Plumber, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician. * The candidate will be required to have knowledge of building management systems and pool plant room equipment.
