We are currently recruiting experienced Sous Chefs to work with prestigious Central London clients. These roles are temporary, but we can offer great temporary to permanent and permanent opportunities as well! We are looking for Chefs who have e xperience of Fresh Food Cooking, Contract Catering, Fine Dining - we can provide work in most areas of expertise! What we require from you: - experience as Head or Sous Chef (you must be able to provide references); - range of Chef skills and the ability to provide a range of food; - excellent communication skills in English; - experience of managing and supervising busy kitchen operations, planning menus, ordering and administrative responsibilities and working closely with a head chef; - friendly and flexible approach towards work and work colleagues; - passion and enthusiasm for food and customer satisfaction; - immaculate presentation, personal grooming and personal hygiene!
