The HR Team plays a critical part in ensuring that as a Company we live up to our promise to our employees. In this role you will focus on our UK, Southern Europe (France, Spain and Italy) and Nordics Business Units reporting to the HR Manager for these regions. Your primary focus in this role will be ensuring that HR policies and processes for the above countries sustain our caring culture, putting employees experience at the centre of it all, but are also compliant with an ever evolving legislative environment. + To monitor, create and/or document where needed local HR policies (leaves & absences, car policy, etc.), ensure employees and managers are effectively informed. + To own and promote the Employee HR Hub, our own intranet, in coordination with the European Comp & Ben specialist for Europe and the HR Coordinators, so that information is relevant at all times. + To own the Employee Relations processes and effectively support Managers in navigating these. + To act as a local Employee Benefits specialist with ability to field employees questions but also to identify opportunities of improvements, working with the European Comp & Ben specialist on implementation + To own all the HR processes with a specific focus on France where you will own Industrial relations processes. + support the organization through HR processes (e.g. performance reviews, compensation planning, recruiting). + To build own knowledge and monitor legislative changes and ensure all policies and processes remain compliant at all time. + To support as needed the immigration and relocation processes. + To support as business partner first line managers in France and Spain. + Fluent in both English and French essential + A self starter mentality with ability to work with little guidance. + Comfortable with high level of ambiguity + Highly sociable, whilst comfortable with high level of discretion and with having the difficult conversations + Comfortable working closely with a business to deliver effective and professional solutions + Very hands-on and doer + Someone who thrives with new situations where the solution has to be found and no precedent exists + You have 3+ years experience within Human Resources as a generalist + Have an ability to juggle several priorities whilst continuing to meet deadlines + A positive "can do" attitude and flexible approach + Proven interpersonal and influencing skills in every level ID: 2020-22535 Country: United Kingdom External Company URL:
