Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk Brand new role for a purchase ledger clerk to join a fantastic property management company based in central London. The focus of your role will be to manage the purchase ledger and ensure efficient and accurate payment of supplier invoices. Location - Central London Salary - 25,000 - 30,000 + Benefits What will your role involve? * Daily review of Onbase workflow exception queues and resolution in accordance with defined KPI/s * Preparation & production of adhoc CHAPS payments & weekly BACS runs for respective property systems * Review of daily payment bank reconciliation & subsequent booking of supplier refunds & void payments by cheque and BACS in accordance with our SLA * Regular update of PL standing operating procedures in line with any process changes * Reconciliation of cheques via cheque management system & daily banking routine. * Daily import of approved invoice files into respective PM systems * Management and response to internal and external queries in accordance with internal SLA - via email / phone What do we require from you? * Demonstrable PL experience, ideally within the property management industry * Knowledge of the following systems an advantage; Qube, Tramps, Yardi * Strong excel skills (Vlookup / Pivot tables) Keywords: Purchase Ledger, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Sales Ledger, Sales Ledger Clerk, Excel, CHAPS, This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWeb Agency, the services advertised by EasyWeb Agency are those of an employment agency.
