Overview
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are working with an innovative FMCG company who are seeking an Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their growing finance team, based in the City of London. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is motivated to work and learn within a growing team, be able to work efficiently and accurately maintain records, with previous experience within the industry beneficial. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience, excellent numeracy skills, accuracy and attention to detail. A good knowledge of excel up to Pivot and V-Lookups is a must. Purchase Ledger Assistant duties in include, but not limited to: Raising purchase and sales invoices Dealing with Supplier queries Monthly reconciliations across multiple accounts Chasing overdue payments Supplier statement reconciliations Petty cash reconciliation The Purchase Ledger Assistant role will be paying £14 PAYE plus holiday pay.
