Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for 2 Maintenance Engineers to work in their leading facility in Telford These roles are temporary ongoing and the company would like Multi-Skilled Engineers Due to a request from the client, all candidates will need to go through a Drugs & Alcohol test on-site during the Interview Process. For the successful Maintenance Engineers our client is offering; * Temporary positions * Starting shift will be days, but you MUST be flexible to working a continental shift pattern which will rotate days and nights * Hourly rate of £15.24 on days, £17.98 per hour for 12 hour days, £19.81 for rotating days and nights * Free parking * Canteen facilities on site The Role of the Maintenance Engineer: * Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of production machinery * Fault Finding both Mechanically & Electrically * Ensuring work is carried out in a safety-conscious fashion * Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team/supervisor * Reporting into the Shift Engineering Supervisor. * Carrying out tool changes when required * Carrying out improvement work and modifications to improve the overall line efficiency * Investigate, propose and apply continuous process improvements and ideas What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer: * BPF knowledge - ESSENTIAL * Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Experience * Formal Mechanical / Electrical Qualifications * Fault Finding Ability both Mechanically & Electrically * Manufacturing industry experience - Plastics or Injection Moulding - ESSENTIAL * Ability to work effectively within a team environment Alternative job titles; Mechanical Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer Commutable From; Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Newport, Market Drayton, Whitchurch For further information about this and other positions please apply now This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Recruit4staff (Telford) who are operating as a recruitment agency, agent, agencies, employment agency or employment business.
