Support Worker - London Road, Portsmouth - £9.09p/h We are looking to recruit a Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in North End, Portsmouth. Working a 37.5 hour week on a 24/7 rota from 8am - 3pm / 2.30pm - 10pm plus weekends and waking nights. The Role: Support Worker Our Portsmouth Supported Living service consists of 10 self-contained flats in North End, Portsmouth, to accommodate people with a Primary Mental Health Support Need. This includes people with Dual Diagnosis who may need support with the best possible recovery outcomes with long term and complex needs. We are looking for someone who will work closely with our partners and stakeholders to provide a comprehensive, high quality service. This will involve assessing and supporting clients on a daily basis in all aspects of their person centred recovery plans, monitoring and reporting on progress through regular multi-agency reviews and contributing to the development and continual improvement of the service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker preferably in a mental health setting. However, we are prepared to accept applications from candidates who can demonstrate they are competent from other care settings, providing you demonstrate the right values and are prepared to working in this challenging but rewarding service. We select staff not just on their experience but on their personal attitude and approach and how we feel their personalities will match with the individuals we support.
