As a Support Worker in Portsmouth, you'll get involved in delivering care to young people with challenging behaviours and complex healthcare needs within their own home. You will assist them with personal care tasks, meal preparation, clinical needs, feeding and PEG care, social integration activities and any additional services required. Could you be our next care-giving champion? You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must.
