Overview
Data Architect On the lookout for a Data Architect to join a well known, leading financial services company. It’s an exciting time to join as the data team are growing and working towards establishing the companies enterprise reference architecture for data and helping to guide business units and projects - with data managed and cared for to be in line with the companies core functions. What you’ll be doing: - Working with a small team of Data Architects to develop data reference architecture - Data Warehousing - Business Intelligence - Working within the Cloud - Develop road-maps for data and integration capabilities - Ensure platforms are kept up to date and are bringing optimal value to the wider business - Act as the go to person for queries / questions about data development to both technical and non technical employees and stakeholders - Continuously developing and creating Data Architecture - Guiding projects and business change initiatives in line with the architectural blueprint - Work across the whole of the architecture to align architectures and architectural policy within focus domains and just in general - Data Integrations - Meta Data Management - Defining use cases and associated pattern for data products Working for such a reputable name comes with it’s great perks including a good salary, pension, bonus , incentive schemes, private healthcare, insurance packages, discounts on activities and more For the time being this role will be based remotely but eventually will resume back in Cardiff the majority of the time.
