Then I have a role for you I am working with a business in Cardiff who are continuing to expand their team, who are now looking for a data analyst to help support the key account management team. Benefits of this role: 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays My Reward scheme, with discounts with the Gym and many more Competitive Pension scheme City Centre location Your day to day role will include: Validating and processing large volumes of invoices, entering them on to the internal database and sending reminder letters where needed, whilst dealing with any queries relating to them Enter data into the database and preparing raw data files, and then compiling these weekly to report back to your clients Obtaining statement of accounts to resolve outstanding queries, disconnection notices and late payment fees Update readings, estimates and changes on the system accurately Managing your work load to meet the demands of your clients and the team Experience required for this role: Experience within utilities will be preferred You must be advanced on excel (V Look ups, pivot tables, data dumps) Previous experience as an account manager, and dealing over the phone, face to face and by email is required Ability to manage your own workload is crucial My client is holding skype interviews for this role shortly, with immediate start dates available.
