Overview
I’m working with a leading Accountancy and Audit business who are looking to identify an External Auditor. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients providing audit and business advice. Lead a team on engagements, conducting audits and documenting key-risk areas. Perform tests of internal controls to ensure effectiveness. Prepare and present management reports on audit findings. Understand clients’ needs and liaise with wider business areas where appropriate to develop stronger business relationships. Essential: Proven External Audit & Assurance experience at manager level. Lead/Managed projects or assignments as well as having experience managing people. Must be qualified: ACA, ACCA, CA (ICAS, ICAEW or equivalent) Location: Liverpool Salary: £35,000-£44,000 Duration: Permanent
