Overview
Junior C# Developer / Full Stack Engineer (C# .Net Core React WPF). Multi awarding-winning advisory and asset management business is seeking a bright, ambitious Junior C# Developer looking to kick-start their career. You'll have an opportunity to develop your software development skills with modern and emerging technologies, support the needs of a prestigious, global client base and gain invaluable experience in an industry-leading company. As a Junior C# Developer, you'll have the opportunity to get involved across the entire development lifecycle. You'll play a key role in the dedicated Solutions Team, where you'll predominantly work on the internal web-based systems using a diverse, current tech stack including TypeScript and React on the front end, Azure, C#, SQL Server and SSRS for reporting, WPF and messaging using RabbitMQ for the inhouse tools. In this Junior C# Developer role you'll also have plenty of opportunities for hands-on design and development work, contributing directly to new software components and the implementation of financial calculations. You'll build upon the existing codebase, working to ensure code quality, maintainability and performance. You'll have the opportunity to learn from accomplished senior colleagues, access to a healthy training and development budget and the chance to obtain relevant qualifications. Requirements: You're degree educated in a STEM subject You have strong programming fundamentals including knowledge of SOLID design principles You're familiar with an OO language (C# preferred) You have experience using SQL (and knowledge of relational databases) You're enthusiastic, keen to develop knowledge of new technologies and contribute to discussion of new development ideas Beneficial: familiarity with financial markets / experience working with distributed systems / experience with Azure, React, TypeScript, Python, WPF As a Junior C# Developer you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £45k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life cover.
