We are looking for an Assistant Manager that is passionate about creating an excellent customer experience for visitors and well as managing an excellent shopping trip for customers. Our client is a popuar destination and hosts frequent events to drive footfall to the centre. We are looking for retailers who have experience at Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor level. To be our Clients new Assistant Manager you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering a world class customer experience. As a Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following: Driving customer service standards in your store's Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability. Training, coaching and developing your team. Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
