Customer Service Assistant Ruislip, Middlesex £23,000 Pension Parking A helpful Customer Service Assistant is required by this innovative local Company, you will be joining a friendly team of people in a role which guarantees lots of variety. Some of your duties will include: - Assisting with the customer service function and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times - Answering incoming telephone calls, establishing customer requirements and recommending suitable products - Inputting customer orders onto computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery - Following up on completed orders to ensure customer is 100% satisfied with the service provided - Investigating any complaints and ensuring a resolution is found in a friendly and prompt manner - Maintaining computerised customer database system and updating information held when necessary Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
