Customer Service Manager Ruislip, Middlesex £45,000 Pension Parking This role is perfect for a committed Customer Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career, you will be joining a successful local Company who are constantly growing so there will be excellent career opportunities. Some of your duties will include: - Managing the Customer Service Department and supervising team of Customer Service Administrators - Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending solutions - Inputting client project details onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery - Liaising with external Contractors and arranging service delivery in the UK and overseas - Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis - Managing client accounts and ensuring their operational requirements are met Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
