We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality team based in Ashby. Reporting into the Head of HSEQ and with responsibility for a team of 4 Regional HSE Support Partners, this role will be instrumental in creating and developing a high performance culture through the delivery of a more proactive, value-add HSE service to the wider business. In this critical and high profile role, you will implement HSE management systems and initiatives through a range of engagement and training activities, mentoring the Regional HSE Support Partners to raise the standard of delivery though embedding a clear and robust set of challenging HSEQ metrics. You will also develop, coordinate and lead on the delivery of the HSEQ Capability Improvement programme creating a culture of trust, accountability and learning with self-sufficient teams at all levels in the organisation. With a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma and CMIOSH professional status, it goes without saying that you’ll have a proven track record of leading HSEQ teams to deliver significant performance improvements with the ability to manage change through strong stakeholder relationships. As well as a comprehensive working knowledge of ISO14002 and ISO45001 management processes, principles and methodologies, you will have exceptional leadership qualities with a collaborative approach and natural coaching style. The ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and juggle multiple priorities are also key requirements for this role.
