Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Trainer Assessor Trainee or Qualified Assessor opportunity Location: West Midlands - Must be flexible with travel Salary: £17,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage Much More Type: Full-time, Permanent We are delighted to offer this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunity – full training will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve their Assessor qualification. Essential Criteria: Must hold solid, occupational competency within Regulatory Compliance with a sound knowledge of related legislation. Ideally have a background within trading standards and/or OFQUAL. Occupational experience of working within Compliance and/or Risk / Health & Safety. Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners. Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties: Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeships in Regulatory Compliance at level 4. Deliver full training and support learners through Functional Skills – Maths, English & IT up to level 2. Visit and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Work to learner review and completion time-scales. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
