Regional Manager - (Learning Disabilities) Kent to Norfolk £60,000 - 65,000 p/a Mileage Adult Supported Living & Residential Services for Learning Disabilities Introduction Compass Associates are proud to be working within an exclusive partnership with a leading and national provider that specialise in providing high quality Supported Living & Residential Services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and other Complexities, with a remit to recruit for a new Regional Manager to predominantly operate and oversee a portfolio of services stretching from Kent to Norfolk. Overview This opportunity has come at an exciting of acquisitional growth for the organisation, and this new Regional Manager will prove to be a crucial appointment to the current & future development of the Supported Living and Residential services within this geographical remit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct leadership, direction and management support in all aspects of the operational functions to the managers within the region. You will be required to focus on the quality, standards, growth, operations and performance of each service. My client are looking for an experienced Regional Manager that has a real genuine passion for driving quality and excellence across the Supported Living and Residential services that specialise in person centred care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and other Complex Needs. Objectives: Portfolio is a mixture of Residential and Supported Living and are to those with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Complex Needs. Growth, service transition, rebuilding relationships with the Local Authorities and Quality issues are the areas that need to be addressed Looking for someone that has experience of managing Learning Disability and Mental Health services across a wide geographical area, and the challenges that are faced by people with these complexities. Want someone that wants to be a visible leader, has a gritty approach but understands the detail and strategy. Benefits £60,000 - £65,000 p/a 40p Mileage (40p for the first 10,000 miles and 25p following this) Mileage is claimed from home Company Phone & Laptop 33 Day Annual Leave (inc bank holidays) Interview Process My client will be to conclude this with a 1 stage process, which will be conducted by the CEO and COO (Formal interview and presentation).
