Overview
I am currently looking for an MIS Officer on a Temporary basis, this post will be reviewed monthly. MIS – Management Information Services Job Title: MIS Officer – Student Data Hours: 37 per week over 5 days Pay: £9.07 per hour You will be required to apply for an Enhanced DBS upon Interview. Duties include; Providing 1st and 2nd line of Support to all Customers Ensuring Customers/Service users are greeted accurately and directed to the correct Point of contact Ensuring functional tasks are undertaken, record processing, dealing with enquiries through various channels and trouble shooting Maintaining accurate and timely records in admissions, exams, timetabling and student records Supporting Team Leaders in meetings and managing SLA's, delivering high quality processing and Customer Services Sourcing and collecting information as required for the maintenance of internal and statutory datasets Supporting Compliance with audit and internal controls Supporting the Development team through rigorous testing and feedback Requirements; Experience in the use of spreadsheets and databases i.e. Excel 2 years’ experience of working in a busy Customer focused environment. High level administrative skills. 2 years’ or more experience of working in an Educational setting.
