Overview

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our client's team based at this site in The City of London. Working within a corporate environment, you will be working within a small team. You will be focusing on hospitality and fine dining and the food is of a high standard so an eye for detail and presentation is essential. As the Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen as well as take control in their absence. To be considered as a candidate, you will - be at Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level with a proven career history - have worked within either corporate hospitality/fine dining or a fine dining restaurant - have strong food knowledge and be up to date with food trends and concepts - be able to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients - have an excellent eye for detail and presentation - be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude Working Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, this is a great opportunity for a strong chef progress their career in a growing company.
