Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Baker to join a young and growing London bakery. The bakery currently has two sites and they specialise in sumptuous hand-crafted viennoiserie pastries. 85% of the production is pastry and 15% bread making. The ideal candidate must be able to show a good level of knowledge and skill with both bread making and viennoiserie as well as managerial attributes. The head baker will be overseeing the operations of both sites whilst managing 4 bakers. Managing profits and costings are imperative with this role, there is a possibility of the role moving into an executive position in the near future. The head baker will be working a 40 hours a week, on a two week rotation of day shifts and night shifts. You must have right to work the UK.
