Restaurant Manager We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager for this exceptional venue. As Restaurant Manager you will play a key part in the running of the daily service, ensuring the highest of standards and service are maintained at all times. The Place A beautiful dining pub in Marlow that currently holds 1 Michelin star and has an excellent reputation for great service coupled with superb food. This casual and informal space is a place where everybody should feel comfortable. The food style is strong and bold, with an emphasis on simplicity and service being both professional and approachable. They are open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Perks As Restaurant Manager you can look forward to the following: Salary of up to £40,000 Great service charge To work in a well known Michelin starred restaurant Great training and progression The Person The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following: Solid CV in Restaurant Management Michelin star or rosette preferred Excellent standard of personal appearance Hands on Manager Dynamic and driven Warm and friendly disposition Genuine desire to serve guests Happy working shifts- hours as required All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
