Head Chef Private Education Contract Catering Full Time £30,000 Company information: Are you an experienced Head Chef who is looking for a new exciting opportunity? My client is an excellent contract caterer working solely with UK independent schools. What you’ll be doing: As a Head Chef you will plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and the client using fresh and seasonal ingredients. You will also be preparing, cooking and presenting various dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Candidate Requirements: Must have previous experience as Head Chef in a high volume fresh food environment. Experience in the education or B&I contract catering sector is a must. Must have experience of fine dining and events. Strong financial acumen. You will have a passion for creating new dishes. You will be confident running multiple kitchens. Experience managing a team of chefs and support staff. You will need to show great communication skills. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Package for Head Chef : £30,000 dependent on experience. Work with a dedicated and driven brigade of 4. Look forward to a structured career progression through on and off job training. The opportunity to progress within the company. Working 5/7 Days with occasional Saturday work. 40 Hour week.
