Overview
Leading name in the utilities sector requires a Quality Manager who will be responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance, as well as providing guidance to delivery teams in order to make sure that all works are completed in accordance with client requirements and best practice. The organisation works on a range of schemes within the utilities and telecoms sectors, including HV and fibre / FTTP connections. Responsibilities: Review and approve quality plans Help internal and external delivery teams prepare their Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and then approve / amend Help organise Quality Risk Reviews (QRR) Attend and lead meetings and liaise with client and sub-contractors Manage site work inspection programme Manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process Risk identification Maintain all documentation relating to quality management Verification of assurance Audit planning and management Experience: Background in a Quality Manager role, within utilities, civil engineering or construction Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (desirable) With a presence on a large number of ongoing frameworks within the utilities and telecoms sectors, this organisation has a very secure future.
