Overview
Austin Andrew are currently working with a fast-growing and progressive FinTech firm that specialises in merchant payments. They are looking for a new Head of Compliance to join the team and build out the function. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting firm on an upward growth trajectory. You will be responsible full oversight of the compliance function for the firm and will be expected to partner with business in helping them achieve both short and long term goals. You will be the main point of contact for all compliance related issues and will be expected to liaise with the FCA regularly. You will build compliance frameworks and establish new policies and procedures. You will also have responsibility for building a new compliance team underneath you. You will have prior experience as a Head of Compliance and MLRO and ideally this will be from a merchant payments firm. Experience from other payments firms will be considered.
