Overview
A specialist contractor that offer remediation services to the construction industry throughout England and Wales. Your role will be split between head office, on site and working from home. Reporting to the Directors, you will be involved in all stages of project life cycle, from pre-construction through to successfully delivering projects across the South of England and Wales. You will be responsible for multiple projects and therefore will need to manage your own diary and time meaning you can split your week between head office, on site and working from home. Responsibilities: Managing and delivering remediation, demolition and enabling projects Profit and loss of projects Contract management Liaising with clients and representing company at meetings Overseeing QA and ensuring policies are being followed, method statements updated etc. Supporting bids and tenders Management and mentoring of more junior members of the business Ensuring health and safety on site Management reporting Criteria: We are looking to speak to candidates with at least 5 years experience of successfully managing remediation, earthworks or demolition projects within the UK. Due to the nature of the position, a full UK driving license is essential. On offer is a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 package.
