Head Chef – Hammersmith – Fresh food restaurant – Casual dining - £32k The Package: The role pays up to £32k for the right person Working alongside the director you will have autonomy over the menu Yearly pay reviews 48 how contract (never more) Sundays off 28 days paid holiday Food on shift The job role: The role of head chef will see the right candidate running the food operation for this casual dining concept My client has multi food outlets that you will oversee the food offering The job role is perfect fit for a head chef or an experienced sous chef looking for a fresh challenge To hold the ‘food vision’ for the company, updating and refreshing the food offering, recipe/menu development – while staying true to the ethos of the business and the needs Line manage the rest of the kitchen team to ensure that all chefs receive comprehensive, relevant and high quality professional training appropriate to their needs and abilities Set a clear vision for the kitchen, defining success and clear objectives for the team so they know your expectations as a manager and understand what they have to deliver.
