Overview
Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity with busy Production Kitchen Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Chef to work in their high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients Preparing meals for bespoke clients Mature focus and outlook The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen Good attention to detail Salary & Benefits Salary to £21.5k Tips Uniform 28 days holiday Career Development Application.
