Job Description

We are currently working alongside a well beautiful revamped gastro Pub who are searching to recruit a strong passionate Head Chef to join their team and push forward to greater success. This well presented rural country pub has a fantastic reputation in the local area which nestles pleasingly on the outskirts of Bicester. The talented team of chefs work as a fantastic team to the highest level possible. There is a strong emphasis on producing modern British cuisine and using ingredients sourced as locally as possible and always in keeping with the seasons, the kitchen also offers fantastic in-house Butcherer training where the team hang their own charcuterie. This is a great opportunity for a Head chef to take the reins in their career and demonstrate their skills to develop the business. The average working week will be around 45 hours which spans 5 days over 7 for an amazing salary of 40K with fantastic Tips.
