Sous Chef - Oxfordshire - £27,000 - £32,000 DOE I'm on the hunt for a Sous Chef for this outstanding catering group based in Oxfordshire. These guys cater for some of oxfords most prestigious venues. They have an impressive portfolio of Weddings of private dinners & corporate events. They take huge pride in every dish they serve - using fresh, local and seasonal produce, everything is made in house to the highest standards. You will be working as part of a small, highly experienced brigade and will be a vital part of the management team. You will need to have experience working in a fast paced, fresh food kitchen, be organised and thrive off working as part of a team. This Sous chef in vacancy in Oxfordshire will see you working around 48 hours per week - 5 days out of 7 on straight shifts only. In return you will get a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 DOE Bonus and the opportunity to develop under an outstanding head Chef.
