Job Title: Head Chef – Large Events Venue Salary: £50,000 Location: London Who will you be working for? A world-class hospitality and catering brand with sites across the globe are now seeking to recruit a leading Head Chef for one of their biggest contracts in London. This large-scale venue is home to events year-round and offer a variety of bespoke catering options for up 15,000 covers. What are we looking for? A dynamic and strategically focussed Head Chef with experience running high volume mass catering operations. You’ll ideally come from a corporate catering/events venue background with experience in managing several kitchen outlets, including CPUs and temporary satellite kitchens. Previous experience working within a retail and/or C&B environment is also highly beneficial. The ideal candidate should also possess the following: Currently be a Head Chef working within a demanding, high volume food environment Have relevant food safety qualifications Be experienced working with a client group Have previous P&L accountability Be a natural leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills Have an approachable manner Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels Have the ability to drive change through effective project management skills Does this sound like you?
