Assistant General Manager - Premium Restaurant – New Opening Central London Up to £35,000 Role We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join this new restaurant opening in the heart of central London. This is all about creating an experience for the guest and really supporting the General Manager with all aspects of running the restaurant which is set across two floors. The client is aiming at the premium market and therefore are looking for candidates that sit within this realm of experience. You will be passionate and knowledgeable about food and wine and can demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace whilst really delivering for the guest and leading and inspiring your team. The Person: Experience of managing a large team Results orientated Excels in customer service and leadership qualities Passionate about food and wine Experience in a premium restaurant Polished with an excellent command of English An understanding of budgets and forecasting Excellent communication skills Ambitious and hungry to succeed Train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to the full team.
