This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an amazing sporting venue in north Greater London. The successful Junior Sous Chef has: Relevant Junior Sous Chef experience in a good quality restaurant Medium to high volume experience A good level of food product knowledge and a great understanding of food preparation techniques A genuine passion for cooking and the Hospitality industry An exceptional attention to detail A desire to further develop their career working alongside the best chefs in the industry Great work ethic A “can-do” attitude The ability to work in a high pressurised environment For their hard work and commitment, the Junior Sous Chef will be rewarded with: Great salary £28-£30k £2k bonus Most Sundays off and a very nice work life balance An organised and professional kitchen environment Extensive career development and training opportunities Meals on duty Pension scheme 28 days holidays a year Staff discount To apply for this role, you must have worked in a high volume kitchen, have worked at least CDP level and be a confident communicator and natural leader.
