Excellent Opportunity for Commis Pastry at University College Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Commis Pastry Chef to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for an enthusiastic chef who has a mimimum of at least a years practical kitchen experience of working in a busy college, hotel or restaurant. You will work as part of a busy kitchen team and assist the Head Chef in making breads, pastries and desserts for the restaurant and functions. You will work 37.5 hours per week. The Role Working on the Pastry Section making breads, pastries and desserts Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service Experience You will already be working as a Pastry Chef in a quality kitchen Ideally worked in quality fresh food kitchen on Pastry Section Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent Career Focused Salary & Benefits Salary to £19k Benefits & Parking All meals 33 days Holidays Outstanding training and development Application.
