Commercial & Insolvency Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Cambridge, £45,000 - £65,000 – An exciting opportunity to join a leading Dispute Resolution Team. OVERVIEW: • Applications sought from ambitious solicitors with between 2-5 years PQE working within commercial & insolvency litigation. • You will have experience of managing Fast Track and Multi Track commercial disputes. • You will be responsible for a busy insolvency litigation caseload to include, misfeasance and antecedent transaction claims, applications for orders for sale and possession and applications for oral examination of officers and advising directors pre and post-insolvency process. • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and business development skills are essential in this role. • The office is within walking distance of a train station and on-site parking available • Competitive salary and benefits package is on offer
