Location: London Position: Head Chef Salary : £38K Plus £6K/£8K Service Plus a 10% Bonus (Circa £48K/£50K) Cuisine: Modern British/Gastro Hours: 50hrs - 54hrs Shift pattern: 7/8 shifts a week Days: 5/7 Covers: Anywhere between all day dining Team Size: team of around 8 Duties: 60% Cooking/Prepping/Service 20% Admin/Stock takes/Ordering/HACCP/COSHH/Temp Checks 20% Team management/Development Ideal Candidate: An experienced head chef who wants to join a growing brand and develop their own career. Comfortable with volume and a fast paced environment. Ambitious and wants to progress within a company. A team leader, can train junior chefs and is reliable/trustworthy.
