Pastry Chef Department: Kitchen Place of Work: The Roseate Reading, RG1 3EJ Accommodation available We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Pastry Chef to join the Kitchen team in our brand new restaurant The Reading Room. The food is modern European with a strong emphasis on British ingredients. The menu changes regularly, reflecting the availability of seasonal ingredients and is flexible welcoming those that want a three-course meal and the visitor needing a quick plate at lunch. Our award winning Head Chef leads an incredible team who love to produce amazing and unforgettable food. As well as the seasonal à la carte, tasting menu and wine dinners are presented.
