As Pastry Chef De Partie you will be producing top quality Michelin starred desserts for this iconic restaurant The Place A Michelin starred restaurant on the outskirts of Reading, Berkshire. Serving exceptional modern, french cuisine alongside an extensive wine list in an elegant, yet relaxed, environment. The Perks As Pastry Chef De Partie you will get the following Salary of £25,000 basic Service on top Live in available at a small charge To work for an established Michelin starred chef. Set two days off- Sunday and Monday The Person The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie either within a restaurant, dining pub or hotel Rosette or Michelin star experience preferred A Fresh food background Looking for a career in top end dining Be passionate about great food and service Flexible to work hours as required All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
