Job Title: Head Chef Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Sites across London Who will you be working for? A popular, growing brand of restaurants that focus on fresh and authentic modern Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine. Everything is made fresh on site, seasonal and presented to a high standard using traditional and modern cooking techniques to get the very best out of the ingredients. What are we looking for? Exceptional, process driven Head Chefs who are passionate and eager to grow their careers within one of the UK’s most successful premium casual dining brands. Experience working with Asian cuisine isn’t essential, but you will need to be at home working within a fast-paced full-service restaurant as well as having a natural flair for leadership and managing all areas of your kitchen Desirable Qualities: Already be a Head Chef or an experienced Snr Sous Chef working in a fast paced, fresh food kitchen environment Be process driven, with an excellent handle on all areas of kitchen management and administration Possess amazing communication skills, leading from the front to ensure you get the very best out of your team Have an excellent handle on all areas of food safety and health & hygiene procedures Be looking for a stable career with loads of growth potential Does this sound like you?
